I am releasing a book in October called Conscious Accomplishment - How to Use Personal Achievement For Spiritual Growth. It's a guidebook for ambitious people who long to deepen their spiritual path while succeeding in the world. Instead of seeing your personal achievement at odds with your spiritual evolution, this book teaches you how to use your goals to support it.

I write a newsletter on Substack that explores the evolution of consciousness and attempts to ground perennial spiritual wisdom in modern life. 

I also host a weekly podcast called EvolutionFM where we discuss the evolution of consciousness and how it is the next phase of human evolution. I believe our greatest technologies live inside ourselves waiting to be discovered and am passionate about helping others unlock these latent abilities.
