In 2022, I sold my last company Troops to Salesforce the 5th largest business software company in the world.

I'm currently building Conscious Talent, the world's first recruiting firm build around consciouus leadership recruiting. We place C-suite and VP-level conscious leaders at venture-backed companies whose founders are serious about inner work, not just as a wellness perk, but as the foundation of how they lead.

Most executive search firms optimize for pedigree and pattern-matching. We optimize for self-awareness, presence, and the kind of nervous-system regulation that lets a leader stay clear under pressure. I am also the author of Conscious Accomplishment - How to Use Personal Achievement For Spiritual Growth. It's a guidebook for ambitious people who long to deepen their spiritual path while succeeding in the world. Instead of seeing your personal achievement at odds with your spiritual evolution, this book teaches you how to use your goals to support it.

I write a newsletter on Substack that explores the evolution of consciousness and attempts to ground perennial spiritual wisdom in modern life. 

I also host a weekly podcast called EvolutionFM where we discuss the evolution of consciousness and how it is the next phase of human evolution. I believe our greatest technologies live inside ourselves waiting to be discovered and am passionate about helping others unlock these latent abilities.
